All orders ship free to US addresses. There is no minimum order requirement.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking information is sent to your email address once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@sonarasoundworks.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days and we will file a claim with the carrier.
